EULA - End User License Agreement

License Program AGA-3:
1. You may use the software (work) on a single computer at one time. You may not copy the software (work) and accompanying materials except for backup purposes to use in support of using the software (work) on a single machine at one time.
2. You may not make copies of the software (work) for sale or distribution.
3. This software (work) is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved for Norcraft. Purchase of this product does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the software (work) except as specifically set forth in this license agreement. You are hereby notofied that this software product (work) is protected by the United States Copyright Law, and you may be held responsible by Norcraft for any infringement of such rights or violations to this agreement.
4. The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software (work) and all copies of it. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. You agree upon termination to destroy the software (work) together with all copies of the software (work).

Warranty:
This software (work) is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the author or Norcraft be held liable for any loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential, or other similar claims.
